Checking In Tickets and Guest Lists on Mobile

To check in ticketed guests using the TablelistPro mobile app, open the app, click Scanner on the bottom right, then scan the customer's QR code.

If the customer can't locate their QR code or is on the guest list, open the app, go to the Admissions tab, select the name of the customer you want to check in, then click the Check In button.

Once there, select the number of guests (female vs. male vs. unisex) to check in, then press Save. You do not have to check all guests of a party in at once (i.e. if part of the group arrives later than the rest, you can check them in later).

If the entire party arrives together, you can click click Check In All button.

Your ticketed or guest list customer(s) will now be checked in.
