Payment Types

When adding inventory in TablelistPro, you can determine the Payment Type you'd like the customer to use. Your options are:

  • Prepaid Full: The customer will pay the full amount upfront, including tax and service charge
  • Prepaid Deposit: The customer will pay a portion of the full amount upfront (the deposit), without tax or service charge. The remaing balance, plus tax and service charge, will be collected at your venue
  • Authorization: The customer will not pay upfront, but they will be required to provide a credit card upfront to ensure it's valid. The full balance, plus tax and service charge, will be collected at your venue
  • No Payment: The customer will not pay upfront and will not be required to provide a valid credit card upfront. The full balance, plus tax and service charge, will be collected at your venue
