Assigning a VIP Table on Web

To assign a reservation to a VIP table on the TablelistPro website, open the sidebar, click Manage, then select the Reservations tab.

Here, you can either assign a VIP table from the List view or the Map view, both of which can be found on the top left, between the Reservations header and the Search box.



To assign a VIP table from the List view, click the reservation to open it, find the Location heading, press Select Tables, pick the appropriate table, then press Save.

If the customer wants to book multiple tables, you can assign them multiple tables from the drop-down menu.



To assign a VIP table from the Map view, simply click the reservation and drag it onto the appropriate table.

Once assigned, the reserved table will turn red. Green means the table is available, and gray means it's checked in.

If the customer wants to book multiple tables, you can drag and drop the reservation to multiple tables.



If you accidentally assigned someone the wrong table or would like to move their table, click on the reservation, choose the correct table under Location, and press the white "X" to remove the incorrect table.
