Assigning a VIP Table on Mobile

To assign a reservation to a VIP table on the TablelistPro app, press the Reservations tab, and click to open the reservation.

Next, click Location to open a list of your available table options for the night. Here, you can either assign a VIP table from the List view or the Map view.

To assign a VIP table from the List view, click on the table until the purple checkmark appears, then press Save.

To assign a VIP table from the Map view, click Assign from Map. On the bottom of this page, ensure you're viewing the correct floorplan for the night. If you want to navigate to a different floorplan, click on its name, and select a different one.

Finally, tap the table until it's highlighted in green, press Done, then hit Save.

If the customer wants to book more than one table, you can click on multiple tables to assign them all to that person.

Once assigned, the reserved table will turn red on the Venue Map. Green means the table is available, and gray means it's checked in.

If you accidentally assigned someone the wrong table or would like to move locations, click on the reservation to open it, unselect the table(s) they were assigned to, then press Save.
