Bulk Uploading Guest Lists on Web

To add a ticket or guest list on the TablelistPro website, go to the Admissions tab, click the three purple dots on the righthand side, click Bulk Upload Guest Lists, copy and paste your list of guests in the proper format, select the attribution, select the event, then press Save.

The default attribution for all of these guests will be the person who is logged in on TablelistPro and doing the bulk uploading.

Note: The "guest count" in the format refers to the number of additional guests the customer has.

  • For example, if Tim Officer has 2 total guests in his party, you would type the entry as: Tim Officer 1 This represents Tim as the customer + 1 guest, totaling 2.
  • As another example, if Tim Officer has just himself in his party, you would just type the entry as: Tim Officer
