Canceling a Reservation on Mobile

before proceeding, please note tablelistpro bookings can only be refunded 48 hours after the date of the reservation for example, if you are refunding a reservation that was booked for friday, september 16th, you will only be able to refund the customer through sunday, september 18th once 48 hours pass, contact tablelistpro, and we will refund the customer on your behalf to cancel a reservation using the tablelistpro mobile app, open the app, go to the reservations tab, navigate to the date of the reservation at the top, then click on the customer's name to open it under details , toggle the cancelled button on on the new page that appears, provide a cancellation reason , fill in the optional notes , decide whether or not you want to refund the customer by toggling the button, then press save if you choose to refund the customer, they will automatically receive an email stating that their booking has been refunded refunds typically take 1 3 days to reach their credit card statement
