Canceling a Reservation on Web
Before proceeding, please note: TablelistPro bookings can only be refunded until the Monday after the date of the reservation. For example, if you are refunding a reservation that was booked for Friday, September 16th, you will only be able to refund the customer through Sunday, September 18th. Once the calendar reaches Monday, contact TablelistPro, and we will refund the customer on your behalf.
To cancel a reservation on the TablelistPro website, go to the Reservations tab, navigate to the date of the reservation at the top of the page, and click on the customer's name to open it.
On the righthand side, click the three purple dots, then press Cancel.
Provide a Cancellation Reason, fill in the optional Cancellation Notes, decide whether or not you want to Refund the customer by toggling the button, then press Save.
If you choose to refund the customer, they will automatically receive an email stating that their booking has been refunded. Refunds typically take 1-3 days to reach their credit card statement.
