TablelistPro's robust CRM database provides venues with key customer information and data to help enhance client retention, improve customer service, and create targeted marketing campaigns.
To access this, open the sidebar, then click CRM. A list will appear consisting of every customer's full name, along with their Email, Total Visits, Date Added, Last Visit, and Total Spend. You can search, sort, and filter this list at your convenience.
To export a CSV file of customers, click the three purple dots on the righthand side, then click Export.
Click an individual customer's name to view an in-depth profile that details other information like Stats, Birthday, Social Media, Tags, and Marketing Opt-Ins, in addition to a full list of past reservations.
You can also select each specific reservation within the customer's profile for a closer look at their history.
